Why He’s Here On The List: It’s a miracle he was able to do much of anything over his three years. There wasn’t any help from the leaky offensive line, and the quarterback play was just okay – at best. He was an elite talent coming out of high school who fought the good fight.
What The NFL Types Want To See: Is there a way to see how well he can hang on to the ball? There were some fumbling issues, his hands are just okay, and he’s not quite as elusive as he needs to be considering he’s not a top power back.
Bottom Line: He’s one of the few No. 1 backs in the draft who can step in right away and do it all. He’ll almost certainly go after the first wave of top backs, but he could be a third round steal. Indy is his chance to be a second rounder.
