2 duds and 2 studs as Seahawks fall to Packers in divisional round

The Seattle Seahawks fell to the Green Bay Packers in the divisional round to end their season – here are two duds and studs from Sunday.

No. 1 Dud – The entire first half

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before . . .  the Seahawks found themselves in a deep hole the first half, unable to get anything going, only to mount a furious comeback effort in the second.

Once more the Seahawks came out stumbling early. Their inability to move the ball on offense was coupled by a defense unable to stop Green Bay, which led to a 21-3 halftime deficit.

Unfortunately, this is not a new situation for the Seahawks. In 2012, Seattle found itself down 20-0 to the Falcons and in 2015 the Seahawks trailed 31-0 to the Panthers. In both instances, the Seahawks were able to make them one-score games but ultimately fell short. Sunday was just yet another example.
