13. Week 6 2017: The curse is broken
Prior to their Week 6 game against the Indianapolis Colts, the Titans had lost every game against their division rival dating back to 2011. This was a streak that felt like it would never be broken.
The 2017 campaign gave new hope for Tennessee, albeit as a result of Andrew Luck being ruled out for the season.
Facing Jacoby Brissett instead, the Titans finally got over the hump against the Colts in a game that was tied midway through the fourth quarter.
The Titans would go on to score two unanswered touchdowns from that point, one of which came via a 53-yard pass from Mariota to Taywan Taylor, and the other from Derrick Henry’s 72-yard run.
