10 predictions that will absolutely come true for Michigan football in 2020

Ten things we absolutely predict will come true for the Wolverines this upcoming season.

7. Erick All and Mike Sainristil will reemerge

TE Erick All

All spring last year, all we heard about was how true freshmen Mike Sainristil and Erick All had impressed. We saw it in both the spring practice that was open as well as the spring scrimmage the following week.

But, once the season came along, neither had as big of an impact as envisioned. Sure, both made plays, but Sainristil was spoken of as being a top three receiver, at worst, while All was spoken to have caught everything that came his way. The latter didn’t get much of a chance, hauling in just one reception for 10 yards in 2019, while Sainristil got 8 for 145.

Some have indicated that there was something of a learning curve or a freshman wall to some degree. That won’t be a problem in 2020. Michigan will be counting a lot on All, and while Sainristil has more players around him that can also do some damage, his abilities should re-emerge, given that he has a year under his belt.

Call it intuition, but both could be set for a big year in 2020.
