It’s one of the all-time great love stories of the sports and pop culture world: David Beckham, the storied British soccer player who became an icon playing for both his country and for a bunch of different teams, and Victoria Beckham, the former Spice Girl.
They met at a Manchester United game in 1997 and Beckham asked for her number. It was nearly a year later that they announced their engagement and in 1999, they welcomed their first of four children, Brooklyn.
