WE ARE DOWN TO 1 DAY UNTIL UCLA BRUINS FOOTBALL!
The moment we have all been waiting for is TOMORROW! The Bruins have arrived in Hawaii and will be ready to take the field on Saturday afternoon. Let’s go BRUINS!
Today, we celebrate a pair of 1’s on the roster.
First up is defensive back Kanye Clark. The 6’0, 175 redshirt freshman came to UCLA from Sacramento. He went to the Capital Christian School and dominated both sides of the ball. He started his UCLA career in the summer of 2023. Last season he played in five games, including the LA Bowl to finish the season.

Next is Rico Flores Jr. The 6’2, 205 sophomore came from Notre Dame last season. He is from North Highlands California, and played at Folsom High School. He started two games with the Fighting Irish last season. He also caught his first collegiate pass in Ireland in the opener against Navy. Flores started at UCLA in January and earned a spot in the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the Winter of 2024. He was a four-star recruit out of high school, who finished his high school career with 32 touchdowns. We expect to see Flores get a chance to work a nice connection with quarterback Ethan Garbers in 2024!
