The Badgers search for a 2021 SG continued yesterday as they extended an offer to a four-star prospect out of North Carolina.
Wisconsin currently has three commits in the class of 2021, all who committed early to the Badgers. The position of need over the past few months has been at SG, as Wisconsin looks for a talented scorer to pair with the top ranked PG in the state of Nebraska Chucky Hepburn.
The latest SG to be offered by the Badgers was Lucas Taylor, who announced the offer via Twitter yesterday.

The Heritage High School guard had a prolific 2019-20 year shooting the basketball as he shot 40% from distance, 56% from the field, and over 80% from the line according to his junior year highlight tape.
Not only can Taylor knock down shots from distance, but he can also fly high above the rim and punish defenders in the air. The North Carolina native is the kind of versatile scorer the Badgers are looking for in next year’s class.
