Kendrick Lamar finally dropped a new album in 2022, with his fantastic Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers giving fans what they’ve been wanting for years.
And it could be a sign that the Golden State Warriors are about to take down the Boston Celtics in the 2022 NBA Finals.
Let’s explain: Someone on Reddit noticed that every time Lamar has given the world a new album, the Dubs have won it all.
In 2015, To Pimp a Butterfly came out and Steph Curry and Co. won their first title. In 2017? Damn and the Warriors won again. In 2018, it was Black Panther: The Album. (Note that the Warriors didn’t even make the playoffs in 2012 when Good Kid, M.A.A.D City came out, but OK!)
Since then? No titles for the Warriors and no Lamar album. Hmmm!
Whenever @kendricklamar drops an album, the Warriors win the title 🔮

Fun fact: The last 3 years Kendrick Lamar dropped an album (2015, 2017, 2018), the Warriors won a championship.
