Once a Boston Celtic, always a Boston Celtic has long been the attitude of fans of the storied franchise (with perhaps a few notable exceptions) as well as among many players who have donned the green and white, with a bond often enduring long after their time with the team ends.
And such seemed to be the case between two former Boston big men playing together overseas for Real Madrid of the Spanish Liga ACB and the EuroLeague, forward Guerschon Yabusele and center Vincent Poirier. When the latter took a hard foul that knocked him to the ground while flooding Vinny Sexpants as a tooth went flying, the Dancing Bear went and retrieved it from him while the rest of the team did their best to keep Poirier from getting himself ejected.
