Former Alabama and current Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley posted an offseason training hype video to Twitter.

In this video, you’ll see him working on his hand-eye coordination, as well as agility, and speed. His quickness has been one of the best tools the Falcons have on offense.
Ridley was also in a video earlier this month. Even Lamar Jackson was impressed with his footwork and speed. I think everyone was impressed!

Clearly, Ridley is putting in the work, and it’s showing.
In his career at Alabama, he had an impressive 224 receptions for 2,781 yards and 19 touchdowns.
Ridley also helped lead Alabama two national championships in 2015 and 2017.
He was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons with the 26th pick of the 2018 NFL Draft.
For the Falcons, Ridley has 1,687 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns.
Last season, Ridley recorded 63 receptions for 866 yards and 7 touchdowns.
He also named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team in 2018.
