Darius Slay dispelled any mention of a wide receiver controversy, declaring that there were no Robins on the team, just three versions of Batman.
Slay called A.J. Brown the “Swole” version, and during the week, Brown talked about unleashing a cape if he scored this week.
After an impressive drive that saw Brown and DeVonta Smith dominate Commanders’ cornerbacks, the $100 million man unveiled his cape after scoring his first touchdown as a member of the Birds.
Brown had four catches for 75 yards and a score in the first half.
