Few things are as synonymous with Super Bowl Sunday than beer-whether it’s commercials, the Super Bowl parties, the pregame, the post-victory celebrations, you name it. And when thinking about the history of the Super Bowl, few brands come to mind …

1994-1997

This mid-90s label was part of Dallas’ third SB victory of the decade in 1996. When Steve Young and the 49ers’ offense took it to the San Diego Chargers during Super Bowl XXX, fans—including the sad, perplexed Steelers’ faithful —would have been knocking back a Bud with this design on it. And Brett Favre and the Packers fan base felt like it was the late-60s all over again after they secured the SB XXXI victory.

Fans were introduced to the famous Budweiser Frogs in 1995.

Sadly, the fan-favorite Bud Bowl ended that year, too.
