The University of Georgia football program has offered a scholarship to offensive tackle recruit Jacob Hood. Hood is a member of the class of 2022. He has enormous height at six-foot-eight and weighs in at 330 pounds.
Jacob Hood plays high school football for Hillsboro High School in Nashville, Tennessee. Hood is not yet rated as a recruit by many of the major recruiting sites.
Hood has received scholarship offers from Georgia Tech, Arizona State, Baylor, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and more. Based on the vast number of offers he’s received, he’ll probably end up as a three or four star recruit. Hood is only a junior in high school at the moment.
Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs had a pair of offensive linemen selected in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Georgia is establishing itself as one of the best destinations in the country for offensive line prospects.
