The University of Georgia has offered a football scholarship to Donovan Westmoreland. Westmoreland is a member of the class of 2022 and is a talented outside linebacker recruit.
Westmoreland is a junior in high school right now. He plays football for Griffin High School in Griffin, Georgia. Will he be the next linebacker to join college football’s LBU?
Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs have two commitments in the class of 2022 at the moment. One of these commitments is inside linebacker C.J. Washington, who has several ties to UGA.
The Griffin High School recruit, Westmoreland, has received scholarship offers from Syracuse, Tennessee, Maryland, Georgia Tech, and more. He’s gotten off to a hot start to the 2020 season and received another offer from Louisville. Much of the interest in Westmoreland has manifested following his impressive opening to the season.
We’ll continue to update you throughout Westmoreland’s recruiting process and for other in-state prospects in the class of 2022.
