When former Tennessee Titans President/CEO Steve Underwood reportedly called it a career and retired from his job, it was just another day in the world of the NFL and it’s many team executives.

In all seriousness, Underwood served the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans organization for four decades and had a big hand in righting the ship for the franchise after a 3-13 record in 2015.
