Colorado shocked the college football world with its upset of No. 17 TCU on Saturday, and two Buffs jumped off the tape: cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter and quarterback Shedeur Sanders. Both played lights out and took turns giving the Buffs momentum.
Heisman voters, take note. As head coach Deion Sanders would say, Hunter and Sanders are here.
Hunter lived up to the hype as a two-way star, He played more than 110 snaps and racked up 11 catches for 119 yards on offense. He locked down TCU’s receivers and made one of the best interceptions I’ve ever seen in college football.

Shedeur Sanders was also as good as advertised. He set the school’s single-game passing record with 510 yards to go along with four touchdowns. The junior QB showed incredible pose in the pocket and was able to get whatever he wanted through the air. He made play after play for a team that needed every point to score the upset.
