Three potential landing spots in the 2020 NFL Draft for Brandon Jones

Jones’ speed and athletic ability will give a few teams reason to give him a shot. Here are three landing spots for him in the NFL Draft.

Cleveland Browns

What Cleveland needs from the safety position is consistency. Jermaine Whitehead, Morgan Burnett, and Eric Murray all played fewer than 10 games this season due to injury. Even the guys who replaced those three missed time, making the position a need for Cleveland in the draft.

The Browns are already set at cornerback, with young studs Greedy Williams and Denzel Ward locking down receivers. Now, if you add in Brandon Jones to the equation, the young defense gets even better with depth at the safety position.

With early second and third-round picks, it is a real possibility Cleveland takes Jones around there. He would more than likely get immediate playing time as well. Jones would join a team with a brand new head coach and possibly a new defensive coordinator.
