2023 Women’s World Cup: Switzerland vs. Spain odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s Switzerland vs. Spain odds and lines, with Women’s World Cup soccer expert picks, predictions and best bets.

Switzerland takes on Spain in the Round of 16 Saturday. Kickoff from Eden Park is set for 1 a.m. ET (FS1) Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Switzerland vs. Spain odds, and make our best Women’s World Cup bets, picks and predictions.

Switzerland finished atop Group A with 5 points from 1 win and 2 draws and a +2 goal differential. It opened the group play with a 2-0 victory over the Philippines before notching 2 scoreless draws with New Zealand and Norway. This game should closely resemble its match with Norway, in which it had 49% possession and 8 shots. Switzerland, coming into the World Cup, placed as the 20th-best team per FIFA Women’s Ranking.

Spain entered ranked 6th and is among the favorites to win the tournament. It finished 2nd in Group C, finishing with 6 points via 2 wins and a loss. It opened with a 3-0 win over Costa Rica and a 5-0 victory over Zambia before being blanked 4-0 by Japan. It did end with 3 more shots than Japan and 77% possession, so from a technical perspective it was a fine performance outside of the final on the scoreboard.

  • Over/Under: 2.5 (O: -105 | U: -135)

Switzerland vs. Spain picks and predictions

Prediction

Spain 1, Switzerland 0

Moneyline (ML)

PASS.

Many nations haven’t found it easy to score goals in the Women’s World Cup, and Switzerland is one of them, notching just 2 goals in 3 games.

That’s going to be problematic against Spain (-255), who scored 8. Spain might have been blown out in a game that didn’t impact if it would advance, but it is still the more technically sound and should be able to handle the pressure better.

Nonetheless, there’s no value in betting it to win outright. If anything, a Draw (+360) makes some sense considering the Swiss drew 2 top-30 nations, but I would pass here.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET UNDER 2.5 (-135).

There were 8 shots on goal against Switzerland throughout its Group Stage matches. That is mighty impressive defense and should serve as the key reason why Spain may be limited.

Despite Spain’s dominant efforts so far, it tallied all of its goals against Costa Rica and Zambia in one of the weaker groups. Against a nation that can possess like Switzerland, it may struggle to produce as many opportunities.

On the flip side, the Swiss had just 3 shots on goal against New Zealand and Norway combined. It should struggle to get quality chances as well.

Considering how both teams played in the group stage, take UNDER 2.5 (-135).

2023 Women’s World Cup: Switzerland vs. New Zealand odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Sunday’s Switzerland vs. New Zealand odds and lines, with Women’s World Cup soccer expert picks, predictions and best bets.

Switzerland (1 win, 1 draw, 0 losses) battles New Zealand (1-0-1) in each nation’s final group stage game. Kickoff from Forsyth Barr Stadium is set for 3 a.m. ET Sunday (FOX). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Switzerland vs. New Zealand odds, and make our best Women’s World Cup bets, picks and predictions.

Switzerland beat the Philippines 2-0 July 21. It had 17 shots, 8 of which were on target. It held the Philippines to 0 shots on goal. It controlled the ball for 74% of the match. Then, Tuesday, it drew Norway 0-0, having 7 fewer shots and 4 fewer shots on target. With a draw or win, Switzerland will win Group A and advance to the knockout stage. It sits 20th on the FIFA Women’s Rankings.

Co-host New Zealand opened its World Cup campaign with a colossal 1-0 win over Norway, which ranks 12th. New Zealand sits 26th. New Zealand then abruptly lost to the Philippines 1-0 despite having 12 more shots and 3 more shots on goal. Norway is a huge favorite over the Philippines Sunday. If Norway wins, New Zealand will need a win or a draw along with a better goal differential to advance.

  • Over/Under: 1.5 (O: -200 | U: +140)

Switzerland vs. New Zealand picks and predictions

Prediction

Switzerland 1, New Zealand 1

Moneyline (ML)

SPRINKLE DRAW (+210).

Neither side will want to lose this match, and that should aid a tied outcome. While New Zealand will have the crowd on its side and was impressive in an emotional opener, it was the exact opposite against the Philippines.

New Zealand, a formidable opponent, dominated the Philippines for most of that match despite the loss. Switzerland drew Norway, and New Zealand beat Norway. Switzerland only beat Philippines 2-0 despite owning possession 74% of the match.

Each side has proven it can compete at a high level and should do so here. Expect a close, hard-fought match and, at this value, back a DRAW (+210).

Over/Under (O/U)

PASS. BET BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE (+120).

Betting Under 2.5 goals is the smart play, but it is too expensive to back at (-210). Both teams to score poses a great plus-money wager.

The New Zealand defense isn’t quite as strong as Norway, and Switzerland should be able to break through, as it did against the Philippines. Switzerland has a combined 9 shots on goal through 2 matches, scoring 2 goals on those.

New Zealand scored against Norway, and while it was held without a goal against the Philippines, it did have 16 shots (4 on target) and was able to get into the final third. It should be better in front of goal Sunday.

Both teams have the quality to score, and at this value, bet BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE (+120).

2023 Women’s World Cup: Switzerland vs. Norway odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Tuesday’s Switzerland vs. Norway odds and lines, with Women’s World Cup soccer expert picks, predictions and best bets.

Norway (0-0-1 / W-D-L) battles Switzerland (1-0-0) Tuesday in a Group A stage match of the 2023 Women’s World Cup. Kickoff from FMG Stadium Waikato in Hamilton, New Zealand, is set for 4 a.m. ET (FS1). Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Switzerland vs. Norway odds, and make our best Women’s World Cup bets, picks and predictions.

Norway suffered a stunning 1-0 loss Thursday to kick off the event, falling to New Zealand, which benefited a bit with a home-field advantage. Norway outshot New Zealand 13-12 — both with 2 shots on target — but had 3 times as many fouls (15 to 5). Norway does have one of the best rosters in the world, led by F Ada Hegerberg, winner of the Women’s Ballon d’Or in 2018.

Switzerland opened its Cup action with a 2-0 victory over the Philippines 2-0 Friday. The Swiss had 17 shots and 8 on target, controlling possession 74% of the time. The Philippines had 3 shots and 0 on target. MF Seraina Piubel scored the lone non-penalty goal for the Swiss.

Norway ranks 12th in the FIFA Women’s Rankings; Switzerland is 20th.

  • Over/Under: 2.5 (O: +120 | U: -165)

Switzerland vs. Norway picks and predictions

Prediction

Switzerland 1, Norway 1

Moneyline (ML)

SPRINKLE DRAW (+220).

Switzerland exceeded expectations while Norway didn’t in the first matchday for each side.

While Hegerberg is a star, she’s also 28 years old and won the best women’s player award in 2018. If Norway couldn’t get through New Zealand, it doesn’t seem likely it will be able to dominant a top-20 side like the Swiss.

Switzerland’s win over the Philippines was expected, and it matters less than the struggles Norway had. The Norwegians had 1 more shot than New Zealand and as many shots on target.

Those struggles should continue, and for the value, back a close game and a DRAW (+220).

Over/Under (O/U)

BET UNDER 2.5 (-165).

Unders have been hot in the Women’s World Cup. Eight of the first 12 games through Sunday have cashed Under tickets, and several that have gone Over (Japan’s 5-0 win over Zambia and USA’s 3-0 win over Vietnam) were both expected to be high-goal games.

Both the Swiss and Norway went Under 2.5 in their openers, and both struggled to continually produce opportunities. Norway had just 2 shots on goal, while the Swiss had 8. Again, the Swiss had 74% possession and won’t dominate this game like it did against the Philippines — Norway had 50% possession vs. New Zealand.

Tuesday should feature a hard-fought battle, and as Norway proved in its 1st game, those typically have fewer goals. TAKE UNDER 2.5 (-165).

2023 Women’s World Cup: Philippines vs. Switzerland odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Friday’s Philippines vs. Switzerland odds and lines, with Women’s World Cup soccer expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The Philippines battle Switzerland Friday in both teams’ 2023 Women’s World Cup debut. The Group A match is set for 1 a.m. ET (FS1) from Forsyth Barr Stadium — also known as Dunedin Stadium — in Dunedin, New Zealand. Below, we analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s lines around the Philippines vs. Switzerland odds, and make our best Women’s World Cup bets, picks and predictions.

Norway and Switzerland are the favorites to advance out of Group A, though Norway was upset in its 1st match by host New Zealand Thursday. Norway and Switzerland rank 12th and 20th, respectively, in the Women’s FIFA World Rankings; Philippines is No. 46 and New Zealand is 26th.

The Philippines qualified during the 2022 AFC Women’s Asian Cup in January 2022. It was among the 6 teams (Australia earning an automatic bid as a co-host with New Zealand) to come from the AFC. The Philippines lost to South Korea 2-0 in the semifinal of that tournament.

Switzerland qualified out of the UEFA playoffs. It finished at the top of the second-place teams, scoring 23 goals and allowing 4 in 8 matches. It was 6-1-1 in those matches. Switzerland is 0-1-5 (W-L-D) so far in 2023. The Swiss are led by Barcelona F Ana-Maria Crnogorcevic, who has 70 goals in 145 caps. She’s one of 4 Switzerland players with 100+ caps and the only player with 25+ goals.

Philippines vs. Switzerland picks and predictions

Prediction

Switzerland 4, Philippines 0

Moneyline (ML)

PASS.

There’s just no value here either way. Switzerland (-500) has a player at each position group with 100+ caps, so the experience will be there for the favorite, but betting 5 times the potential profit isn’t worth the risk.

The Philippines (+1150) offers great value, but there won’t be an upset here.

Over/Under (O/U)

There’s too much juice on backing the Over 2.5 at -185. However, BET the ALTERNATE OVER 3.5 LINE (+140).

Switzerland scored 46 goals in 11 qualification matches, 19 goals in its 3 WWC qualifying games, including a 15-0 spanking of Moldova.

The Philippines have scored 8 goals in its last 5 games as well, so it should be able to create some opportunity.

The Philippines’ weaknesses will be obvious. Only one midfielder has more than 40 caps, and GK Olivia McDaniel only has 27. The lack of experience should allow Switzerland to blast through its backline consistently.

TAKE OVER 3.5 (+140).

2022 World Cup: Portugal vs. Switzerland odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Tuesday’s Portugal vs. Switzerland odds and lines, with World Cup soccer expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The Round of 16 at the 2022 World Cup wraps up Tuesday as Portugal and Switzerland meet at Lusail Iconic Stadium in Lusail at 2 p.m. ET (FOX/Telemundo). Below, we analyze Tipico Sportsbook’s lines around the Portugal vs. Switzerland odds, and make our best World Cup bets, picks and predictions.

Portugal topped the charts in Group H, winning the first 2 matches by a combined 5-2 count over Ghana and Uruguay. As it was through to the knockout stage, Portugal chose to rest some key parts against South Korea, including star Cristiano Ronaldo, and lost 2-1.

Ronaldo apparently took umbrage with being subbed out at 66′ against South Korea, and reportedly shouted at manager Fernando Santos. There are also rumors Ronaldo might be dropped heading into Tuesday’s match. Ronaldo is also making news, as Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr has offered the former Manchester United star a lucrative salary.

Switzerland was 2nd in Group G behind powerhouse Brazil. It won 1-0 against Cameroon in the opener, before falling 1-0 to Brazil on Nov. 28. Rossocrociati rebounded to top Serbia 3-2 to punch its ticket to the knockout stage.

MF Bruno Fernandes has 2 goals and 4 points to lead the Portuguese side, while F Breel Embolo has 2 goals in 3 matches to lead the Swiss.

Prediction

Portugal 1, Switzerland 0

Moneyline (ML)

PORTUGAL (-117) is a solid value to win against a defensive-minded Switzerland (+350) side.

With all of the drama surrounding Ronaldo, the brightest star for Os Nevegadores, it might be tempting to take a flyer on the Swiss. Ronaldo has 8 World Cup goals in his career, but all have been during the group stages. However, Fernandes is arguably the more dangerous player at this point, and he’ll be front and center of the Portuguese attack.

Portugal comes with some risk, though, as it has been to the quarterfinals just 2 other times, in 1966 and in 2006, failing to win in its last 5 knockout stage matches. However, Switzerland has never won 3 games in a single World Cup, and it is sitting on 2 wins currently.

Over/Under (O/U)

The UNDER 2.5 (-140) is a strong option here, and not priced terribly out of line.

Switzerland was involved in a pair of 1-0 matches in the group stage, winning 1 and losing 1. Portugal cashed the Under 2.5 goals just once in 3 group stage matches, although the 3rd game can mostly be ignored since subs played a much larger amount with stars getting an extended rest.

It’s worth playing UNDER 1.5 (+180) for a half-unit play, as defenses should reign supreme here as the intensity ratchets up.

2022 World Cup: Serbia vs Switzerland odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Friday’s Serbia vs Switzerland odds and lines, with World Cup soccer expert picks, predictions and best bets.

Serbia (0 wins, 1 loss, 1 draw) battles Switzerland (1-1-0) in each nation’s final Group G group stage match. Kickoff from Stadium 974 – Ras Abu Aboud is set for 2 p.m. ET (FS1). Below, we analyze Tipico Sportsbook’s lines around the Serbia vs. Switzerland odds, and make our best World Cup bets, picks and predictions.

Serbia can advance if it wins and Brazil wins or ties against Cameroon So far in the group stage, Serbia drew Cameroon 3-3 and lost 2-0 to Brazil. They were dominated by Brazil, ending with just 5 shots and 0 on target.

While they did find more success against Cameroon, 2 of their goals came in 1st-half stoppage time, and they still had 3 fewer shots on target (8-5). Positively, they had 2 more shots (15-13) and 60% possession.

Switzerland has a 1-0 win over Cameroon and a 1-0 loss to Brazil. They were also held without a shot on target against Brazil. The Swiss will advance to the round of 16 if they beat Serbia and can also advance with a tie against Serbia if Brazil wins or ties its match against Cameroon.

M Granit Xhaka, who plays his club soccer with EPL-leading Arsenal, captains Switzerland, which is 15th in FIFA’s world rankings. Serbia sits 21st.

Prediction

Switzerland 1, Serbia 1

Moneyline (ML)

LEAN DRAW (+235).

Switzerland doesn’t play at a quick pace, and if might just need a draw to advance which could mean they take their time in the attack. They have given up just 1 goal in the tournament so far, and that was in the 83rd minute against Brazil.

Even against Cameroon, the Swiss had just 3 shots on target despite having 51% possession. M Xherdan Shaqiri, who used to play for Liverpool, will bring a slower pace as well now 31 years old.

Switzerland played a close game with Cameroon, as did Serbia. Serbia was up 3-1 on Cameroon yet drew 3-3. Nonetheless, it also dominated possession. Both teams are possession-heavy sides and have quality talent in the middle.

This game should be as close as they come given how each team has faired against other Group G sides, and I would back the DRAW (+235) for the value.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET UNDER 2.5 (-120).

Serbia scored 3 on Cameroon yet had just 5 shots on target. If that is repeated, it is doubtful it results in a trio of goals.

For Switzerland, they sat back well and defended against Brazil and also limited Cameroon. The Swiss style of play isn’t a pressing one. It is more methodical and possession-oriented.

Switzerland went Under this total in 3 of their 5 games coming into the World Cup. Including group stage play, they have gone Under this total in 5 of their last 7.

Given Switzerland should dominate possession, I would back this to be played at their style which should result in fewer goals. Play the UNDER 2.5 (-120).

2022 World Cup: Switzerland vs. Cameroon odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Thursday’s Switzerland vs. Cameroon odds and lines, with World Cup soccer expert picks, predictions and best bets.

To open group stage play for Group G, Switzerland will take on Cameroon on Thursday with kickoff at the Al Janoub Stadium set for 5 a.m. ET  (FOX). Below, we analyze Tipico Sportsbook’s lines around the Switzerland vs. Cameroon odds, and make our best World Cup bets, picks and predictions.

Switzerland has only 3 wins in their last 9 games of the 2022 season and has scored just 9 goals in their 9 previous fixtures. However, those wins do speak for themselves since they beat teams like Portugal, Spain, and the Czech Republic. Switzerland is 15th in the FIFA rankings.

The Swiss are always seen as an underdog team because they don’t have big names on the squad. However, one name that does stand out is M Granit Xhaka, who starts for Arsenal the top team in the EPL.

Cameroon is not the strongest team, but they made a strong run in AFCON and have won 7 games in their 2022 season so far. They are No. 43 in the FIFA rankings.

While only having an 18% chance to win this match, M Eric Maxim Copromoting, a Bayern Munich midfielder, will have something to say about that. The midfielder has 6 goals and 2 assists in 10 matches, which will put stress on the Swiss back line.

Prediction

Switzerland 2, Cameroon 1

Moneyline (ML)

PASS.

Both teams have capable attackers, but the Swiss have more experience in their lineup. While they are viewed as a dark-horse team, Cameroon is just as much an underdog as the Swiss.

Switzerland has not lived up to expectations this season, but again, they are the more competitive side, so I wouldn’t bet against the favorites here. A Draw (+260) does have some value as Cameroon should put up a reasonable fight. Nonetheless, I would pass here.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET OVER 2.5 (+130).

This will be an offensive game since the Swiss let in 14 goals in 9 games and Cameroon has let in 14 in 14 games against much weaker competition. Cameroon has scored 19 goals in 14 games this season as well.

Cameroon and Switzerland both have 2 strong midfielders that could show up in a big way on the offensive end of the pitch. Considering the lacking defense and competence in the midfield, distribution should happen easily.

The Swiss have scored 4 goals in their last 3 games and are going against a flimsy backline. Expect the Xhaka-led side to break through in this battle and score often.

Switzerland vs. Portugal odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Sunday’s Switzerland vs. Portugal odds and lines, with UEFA Nations League picks and predictions.

Switzerland (0 wins, 3 losses, 0 draws) welcomes Portland (2-0-1) to Stade de Genève in Geneva, Switzerland Sunday. Kickoff for the 4th of 6 group stage games is set for 2:45 p.m. ET. Below, we preview the Switzerland vs. Portugal odds and lines, and make our best UEFA Nations League bets, picks and predictions.

The 2 global soccer powerhouses will highlight just a handful of premier games in this round of the group stage.

While Switzerland was among those teams in Pot 2 for the 2022 World Cup draw, they’ve struggled immensely in a group that also has Spain and the Czech Republic. Switzerland sits 14th in the world per FIFA men’s rankings.

Portugal comes in ranked 8th, led by Manchester United star F Cristiano Ronaldo, who netted 2 goals as Portugal beat Switzerland 4-0 at home on June 5.

The Ronaldo-led side is sitting atop League A Group 2 with 7 goals for and 1 goal against in 3 games. They drew Spain 1-1 and blanked the Czech Republic 2-0.

[tipico]

Prediction

Portugal 2, Switzerland 1

Money line (ML)

LEAN PORTUGAL (+115).

It might be a relatively easy prediction, but Portugal has looked too good to bet against here. While Ronaldo is important, their team is far from just a one-man show.

They have an experienced backline led by D Pepe, who has 127 caps. Both Ronaldo on the attack and M João Moutinho have 3 digits worth of caps as well.

They also have an up-and-coming star F in 25-year-old Liverpool F Diogo Jota. Combine it all, and it’s a roster one wouldn’t want to bet against.

Also, Switzerland has looked awful so far in the nations league, allowing 7 goals and scoring just 1. They have an aging midfield with 30-year-old M Xherdan Shaqiri and 29-year-old Granit Xhaka.

The home-field advantage helps bring the value for Portugal, and I’ll take that.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET OVER 2.5 (-110).

Both sides have played in 3 games so far in the nations league and those games have totaled 8 goals each, so they’re hovering around a 3-goal per-game average.

Portugal has won 4-0 against Switzerland already and has 17 shots on goal through their 3 games.

As for Switzerland, while they haven’t scored, they did have 7 shots on goal against the Czech Republic yet just 1 goal. They’ve gone over 2.5 goals in 2 of 3 games.

Given Portugal’s dominant attackers, I’ll take the over in this battle.

Euro 2020: Switzerland vs. Spain odds, picks and prediction

Previewing Friday’s Switzerland vs. Spain odds and lines, with UEFA EURO 2020 picks, tips, predictions and best bets.

In the first quarterfinals match of Euro 2020, Spain takes on Switzerland Friday in St. Petersburg, Russia. Kickoff will be at noon ET. Below, we preview the Switzerland vs. Spain odds and lines and make our best Euro 2020 bets, picks and predictions.

With Germany out, Spain is the most experienced team still remaining.

After going up 3-1 on Croatia in the Round of 16 and maintaining that lead until the 85th minute, Spain looked well-positioned to coast into the quarterfinals. After giving up 2 goals in the final 10 minutes of regulation, Spain scored twice in extra time to advance.

Spain’s Group Stage matches didn’t show much as it drew two and crushed Slovakia 5-0.

The Swiss were 1-1-1 in their Group Stage and knocked off an uncharacteristically sluggish French side on penalties in the Round of 16. Despite that, Switzerland still enters as a heavy underdog.

Prediction

Spain 2, Switzerland 1

Money line (ML)

PASS on the money line as Spain is just far too pricey.

Look at what Switzerland did to France, despite being the underdog. While I think Spain will manage to get through, the value is on Switzerland (+475). It’s 13th in the FIFA world rankings.

If the Swiss are going to do anything it must be Liverpool’s attacking midfielder Xherdan Shaqiri getting the job done. They were more than doubled up in shots in the Round of 16, and if you replay Swiss-France, the result is probably different.

While the draw or Switzerland win seemingly offer good odds, they’re even a bit risky. The best bet in this area is for SWITZERLAND TO ADVANCE (+250).

While Spain is the more talented side and should be predicted to win, the underdog won three of the eight games in the Round of 16.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET the OVER 2.5 (-110) as the best value in this match. Both teams absolutely crushed the total in their Round of 16 matches and the offensive firepower is there.

The real reason to bet the Over is that Spain is clearly hitting its stride offensively with 10 goals in the last two games.

It’s not just one superstar either. In both games, five different players scored for Spain.

That said, Switzerland put up 3 goals on a solid French defense and also averaged over a goal per game in the Group Stage.

I expect at least 1 in the back of the net for Switzerland and at least 2 from Spain. This is the best bet of the match.

Euro 2020: France vs. Switzerland odds, picks and prediction

Previewing Monday’s France vs. Switzerland odds and lines, with UEFA EURO 2020 picks, tips, predictions and best bets.

In the sixth game of the Round of 16, favorite France takes on Switzerland Monday. The game will kick off at 3 p.m. ET at Arena Națională in Bucharest, Romania. Below, we preview the France vs. Switzerland odds and lines and make our best Euro 2020 bets, picks and predictions.

After winning the World Cup in Russia in 2018, France is looking for another win on the international stage. Previous Euro winner, Portugal, was knocked out of Euro 2020 Sunday.

France is the second-best national team, according to the FIFA World Rankings. However, this will be no cakewalk with 13th-ranked Switzerland on the other side. The Swiss finished third in Group A after tying Wales 1-1, beating Turkey 3-1 and losing 3-0 to Italy in the group stage.

France vs. Switzerland: Odds, picks and predictions

  • Money line: France -175 (bet $175 to win $100) | Switzerland +550 (bet $100 to win $550) | Draw +280
  • Over/Under: 2.5 (O: +115 | U: -155)

Special UEFA EURO 2020 betting offer

Prediction

France 2, Switzerland 1

Money line (ML)

“LEAN” to FRANCE (-175) as Switzerland hasn’t looked as good as expected.

France MFs Paul Pogba an Kante will hold down the middle while the favorite hopes to get Fs Antoine Griezmann and Kylian Mbappe going. The firepower is just not matched.

The Swiss will really need a good game from winger Xherdan Shaqiri to have any hope at taking this to overtime. Switzerland has the pace, and France hasn’t looked overly dominant.

At the end of the day, the French are the better side. The value isn’t great, but it’s good enough to put half a unit on them to win in regulation.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET on the OVER 2.5 (+115) as the French defense hasn’t been as dominant as anticipated.

France allowed 3 goals and scored 4 of its own in the group stage. In a tough group, those are relatively timid numbers. Switzerland scored 4 and gave up 5 through its first three games.

Neither team has shown much so far, and that should be expected to change as both are top-15 teams in the world. France has two of the world’s best attackers, and Switzerland is coming off a three-goal performance.

The only time Switzerland didn’t score was against a dominant Italian defense. Expect Switzerland to get one and France to still win. It’s a gamble, but the value is in the Over.
