Georgia football lost a pair of commitments to start the month of July. The Bulldogs lost one commitment from RyQueze McElderry.

McElderry, a three-star offensive line recruit, is a member of the class of 2023. Georgia football now has 12 commitments in the class of 2023. The Bulldogs have secured commitments from two 2023 offensive linemen.

McElderry committed to Georgia in December 2021. McElderry plays high school football and basketball for Anniston High School in Anniston, Alabama. The three-star offensive line prospect holds scholarship offers from Alabama, Ole Miss, Florida State, Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia.

McElderry is 6-foot-3 and 340 pounds. He primarily plays offensive guard.

On film, McElderry is very powerful. The three-star offensive guard frequently locks opposing defensive linemen and controls them for the rest of the play. The Anniston High School star played a lot of right tackle in his impressive highlights, but he could convert to offensive guard at the college level.

Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide are a team to watch with McElderry. The Anniston standout also recently visited Tennessee.

Georgia football is on fire in recruiting and on the football field. Head coach Kirby Smart and the University of Georgia have the No. 1 team in college football and the top-ranked class of 2022.

UGA has added a commitment form three-star offensive line recruit RyQueze McElderry. Georgia offensive line coach Matt Luke offered the 2023 class is offensive lineman a scholarship in June 2021.

McElderry plays high school football for Anniston High School in Anniston, Alabama. McElderry additionally plays basketball. The three-star offensive line prospect holds scholarship offers from college football programs like Alabama, Ole Miss, Florida State, Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia.

McElderry is 6-foot-3 and 340 pounds. He primarily plays offensive guard. He joins four-star offensive tackle Bo Hughley as UGA’s only commitments along the offensive front in the class of 2023.

Georgia now has eight commitments in the class of 2023 and currently holds the No. 1 ranked class for the cycle, according to 247Sports.

Georgia football is in the early stages of summer camp and coaches are also hard at work on the recruiting trail. June 1 marked the first time in 16 months that recruits could visit programs and meet with coaches face-to-face and coach Kirby Smart and staff are taking advantage of the change, while hosting workouts and offering scholarships in the meantime.

The most recent scholarship offer in the 2023 class is offensive lineman RyQueze McElderry. Out of Anniston High School in Anniston, Ala., McElderry holds scholarship offers from Florida State, Tennessee, South Carolina and now Georgia.

McElderry (6-foot-3, 340 pounds) visited the Bulldogs on June 11 after taking visits to Clemson and Alabama the week prior.

Georgia currently holds the No. 1 ranked class for the 2023 cycle, according to 247sports.
