Users on Twitter were stunned by Xavier Worthy’s record-setting 40-yard dash at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine.

Xavier Worthy is a wide receiver prospect that the Kansas City Chiefs may want to keep their eyes on in the upcoming draft.

He set the record for the fastest 40-yard dash time at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine on Saturday, making a mark for himself in the history books in front of scouts in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Worthy was a star at the University of Texas, playing alongside Adonai Mitchell in a Longhorns offense that ended the 2023 season with a 12-2 record.

WATCH: Alex McPherson makes record-breaking 61-yard field goal

This is insane.

Alex McPherson has broken his older brother’s record.

Evan Mcpherson, now the kicker for the Cincinnati Bengals, booted a 60-yard field goal in 2017 to set the AHSAA state record for a field goal that included a snap, hold and kick against pressure.

Alex, who is committed to Auburn, kicked 61-yarder in Fort Payne’s 32-7 win over North Jackson, to break the record and tie Auburn’s Sage Ledbetter for the longest field goal in Alabama high school history. Ledbetter’s kick was a free-kick back in 2015 against Smiths Station.

Alex has now made two of the six longest kicks in Alabama high school history.
