2023 MLB odds: Which division is favorite to have the World Series winner?

AL East? NL East? The Dodgers, Yankees, and Braves will certainly play a factor.

The MLB is not an easy game—on the field or in the betting world.

It’s a 162-plus-game marathon with plenty of unknowns lurking in the depths of the baseball diamond each month, tormenting the comfort levels of many fan bases during the long haul of games that stretch into September and October.

With that in mind, there’s little argument as to why picking the World Series winner can be so challenging. It’s a landscape full of peaks and valleys—slumps and triumphs, in the baseball sense—and more so now when the rush of April hasn’t gained full steam.

When there’s still hope for more than a handful of teams.

However, a “futures” wager always introduces the possibility of striking while the proverbial iron is hot. At the same time, while the payouts are at a max.

So, instead of focusing on all 30 teams, we’re taking a glimpse at the collective and calculating the risk-reward for which division is the odds-on favorite to have the 2023 World Series-winning team.

Here’s the breakdown…
