The Indiana Pacers advanced to the In-Season Tournament’s Final after a 128-119 win against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Tyrese Haliburton was the best Pacer again with another monster performance: 27 points, 15 assists and zero turnovers.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 37 points and 10 rebounds while Damian Lillard scored 16 of his 24 points in the third quarter.

Here’s how NBA Twitter reacted to the Pacers upsetting the Bucks.

Ranking: The consensus Top 100 players in the NBA for 2023-24

We have aggregated the Top 100 NBA player rankings for 2023-24 using rankings from HoopsHype, ESPN, The Ringer and more to find a consensus.

HoopsHype and four other major sites when it comes to NBA news and analysis – ESPNBleacher ReportThe Ringer and CBS Sports – put together lists ranking the Top 100 players in the NBA for 2023-24.

Shockingly enough, all of us got large amounts of backlash for our rankings.

So what we have decided to do is aggregate the rankings from all five websites to put together the consensus Top 100 NBA player rankings for the 2023-24 season.

We’re all still media so it’s probably going to be super wrong anyway. Either way, here goes…

Trade rumor rankings: Damian Lillard, Giannis Antetokounmpo and more

HoopsHype ranks the five NBA players who have appeared most often in tradae rumors over the past week, including Giannis and Lillard.

With the NBA offseason nearly at an end, it’s time for another edition of our NBA trade rumor rankings series in which we rank the five players who have appeared most often in trade rumors over the previous week, as judged by appearances on our Trade page.

Atop this list, we have two superstar players – one who has had a trade request in back since the start of free agency and another who has consistently made concerning comments about his future with his current team.

The most underpaid NBA players of all time

HoopsHype presents the 30 most underpaid players in NBA history, headlined by LeBron James featuring many more current and former stars.

Last December, we ran an exercise using our Real Value metric (developed by our own Alberto de Roa which you can read all about here) to figure out who were the most underpaid NBA players of all time.

However, in this modern era with such hyper-inflated stats and salaries, the numbers can change quickly and after what was a thrilling 2022-23 season, the rankings already look a bit different, leading us to where we are today, once again ranking the most underpaid NBA players of all time.

A familiar face still leads the way at No. 1, a certain superstar for the purple-and-gold franchise, while various other modern stars riddle the top of these rankings.

Without further ado, let’s jump right in.

Bucks (early) offseason review: Is this the beginning of the end for them?

The Bucks have Brook Lopez back for now, but they’re in a downward trend that puts the team’s future in question.

The Houston Rockets came into the offseason with plans to destabilize the Eastern Conference. After coming to terms on a three-year, $128.5 million agreement with Fred VanVleet, they were working hard to steal Brook Lopez from the Bucks. Ultimately, Lopez returned to Milwaukee for two years, $48 million, and according to The Athletic’s Shams Charania, the Rockets had a similar contract offer.

Losing Lopez would have been a significant step back for the Bucks that they probably wouldn’t have been able to recover from this season. Although they’re fine for now, they are limited in ways to improve the roster this year. But for the first 24 hours of free agency, their mortality was on bright display as they absolutely could not afford to lose Lopez. This iteration of the Bucks could be closer to finished than we think, which could lead to questions surrounding the future of Giannis Antetokounmpo.

The peak GOATs: Ranking the NBA’s best at their best

HoopsHype ranks 25 of the NBA’s GOATS in order of best five-year peaks, as judged by Global Rating and a panel of voters.

After LeBron James beat the scoring record, many started calling him the Longevity GOAT, some in a complimentary manner, others as a way to cop out from calling him the actual GOAT. (For what it’s worth, we still have Michael Jordan first in our own GOAT rankings, but it’s certainly not as easy of a decision as it once was.)

So that got us thinking about which of the NBA’s GOATs had the best five-year peak in NBA history, something we are going to take a look at today.

To determine when exactly each player’s peak took place, we used our own Global Rating Metric and went by each player’s best five continuous seasons.

Afterward, we used a panel of our writers and editors to vote on which five-year peaks by NBA legends were the best.

No. 1 might not come as a surprise but there are some very interesting results on the following list.
