The Carolina Panthers had a pair of key offensive players questionable for their Week 4 game against the Arizona Cardinals. Running back Christian McCaffrey had a thigh injury and receiver Laviska Shenault had a hamstring injury that caused them to miss some practice time.
While both were questionable for the game on the final injury report, both will dress and will play.
The Arizona Cardinals are set to take on the Carolina Panthers and have released their list of inactive players for the Week 4 contest.

Receivers Rondale Moore and Marquise Brown as well as defensive lineman J.J. Watt, all of whom were questionable for the game with injuries, are active and will play.

Turner, Green and Lawrence were ruled out with injuries. Sanders and Ingram have been inactive every game this season and Luketa was just signed to the active roster this week. Smith has been active once this season.
Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman J.J. Watt is officially questionable to play Sunday afternoon against the Carolina Panthers. He is expected to play.
He missed practice Wednesday and Thursday and was listed with a calf injury both days, an injury he has been dealing with since the start of the season. On Thursday, he had an illness designation as well.
There is apparently more, Watt himself shared on social media before it was reported.
Watt had a heart issue this week.

Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey is officially questionable to play against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 4 with a thigh injury. He did not practice Wednesday or Thursday and was limited in his practice reps on Friday.
Schefter also noted that the decision for him to play or not will still come down to pregame warmups.
McCaffrey has rushed for over 100 yards in each of his last two games and has 243 total rushing yards and a touchdown on 4.9 yards per attempt. He also has 10 receptions for 57 yards, giving him 300 total yards from scrimmage.
Last season against the Cardinals, he had 95 rushing yards and 66 receiving yards on 10 catches in the Panthers’ 34-10 win.
The Arizona Cardinals will face the Carolina Panthers in real life Sunday afternoon for their Week 4 matchup. They have not beaten the Panthers since 2013.

The Cardinals beat the Panthers 38-24 behind four rushing touchdowns by James Conner, three interceptions five sacks by the defense.

The Cardinals turned the ball over in their first possession on a Kyler Murray interception but the defense held the Panthers to punts on both their first drives.
The Cardinals took a 7-0 lead with a one-yard touchdown run by running back James Conner and added a two-yard touchdown run after Isaiah Simmons intercepted Panthers quarterback Baker Mayfield.
The Panthers made it 14-3 with a 26-yard field goal after Markus Golden had a sack on third-and-goal.
The Cardinals extended the lead to 21-3 after Mayfield threw was picked off by Golden and Murray threw a 23-yard touchdown pass to Greg Dortch.
The Panthers responded with a 10-yard touchdown pass to receiver Robbie Anderson.
The Cardinals punted on their next possession but took a 28-10 lead before halftime when Mayfield threw an other interception, his third of the half, picked off by Marco Wilson. Conner scored for the third time from one yard out and it was 28-10 at halftime.
After both teams punted, Conner had another one-yard touchdown run to make it 35-10.
Mayfield threw two fourth-quarter touchdown passes but the Cardinals added a 46-yard field goal in between them and ran out the clock for the win.

Kyler Murray completed 20-of-30 passes for 263 yards, a touchdown and an interception. He was sacked five times in the game.
Conner had four rushing touchdowns on 16 carries for 56 yards. Murray rushed eight times for 23 yards.
Hollywood Brown had six catches for 75 yards, Rondale Moore had five for 78, Zach Ertz had four for 49 and Greg Dortch had three for 44 yards and the touchdown.
Isaiah Simmons, Markus Golden and Marco Wilson all picked off Baker Mayfield and the defense had five sacks — Golden and Zach Allen each had 1.5, J.J. Watt had one and both Dennis Gardeck and Budda Baker were credited with half a sack.
For the Panthers, Baker Mayfield was 26-for-43 passing for 302 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions.
Christian McCaffrey had 57 rushing yards on 13 carries and added 56 receiving yards and a touchdown on six receptions. Robbie Anderson had seven catches for 81 yards and a score, while tight end Ian Thomas caught six passes for 61 yards.

It is a pivotal Week 4 matchup for the Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers, as they both sit at 1-2. For the Cardinals, they need to be no worse than 3-3 when DeAndre Hopkins returns from suspension in Week 7.
As for the Panthers, they need to pick up a win to get back to .500 themselves. It wasn’t pretty, but they were able to beat the Saints last week at home. They do have some question marks with Christian McCaffrey questionable to play, but signs are pointing to him being able to play.

The Arizona Cardinals have a number of players listed as questionable on their final injury report of the week. Three of those players, key to the offense and the defense, are expected to play Sunday afternoon against the Carolina Panthers.
Moore will make his 2022 debut after missing the first three weeks with a hamstring injury. He was limited in practice all week and head coach Kliff Kingsbury would not commit to whether Moore would play, saying that he would have to see him move around on Sunday. But Moore sounded like a player who planned on suiting up and playing when he spoke with reporters this week.
Brown appeared on the injury report on Friday with a foot injury that has him listed as questionable for the game. He is expected to play. He is coming off his most productive game in his career. He had 14 receptions for 140 in the Cardinals’ 20-12 loss in Week 3 to the Los Angeles Rams.
Watt missed the season opener with a calf injury and played the last two games, picking up the team’s only two sacks this season. He did not practice Wednesday or Thursday and was limited on Friday. He also is expected to play.
Kicker Matt Prater is also listed as questionable with a hip injury but fans should not be concerned. The Cardinals did not sign another kicker and didn’t even bring one in for a workout. Prater will kick.
The Arizona Cardinals seek to even their record Sunday afternoon to 2-2 as they take on the Carolina Panthers on the road in Week 4. The Panthers are also 1-2 and are a couple of plays away from being undefeated. However, they have struggled offensively this season, having failed to gain 300 yards in a game so far every game this season.
The Panthers have beaten the Cardinals six straight times and have not lost to Arizona since 2013. They blew out the Cardinals in Arizona last season.

The Arizona Cardinals announced their two standard elevations from the practice squad for Week 4 as they prepare to take on the Carolina Panthers Sunday afternoon on the road.
For the second week in a row, wide receiver Andre Baccellia gets moved up and, as expected, safety Chris Banjo is the other player elevated to the active roster from the practice squad.
Banjo, who played for the Cardinals from 2019-2021, was signed to the practice squad earlier this week after safety Deionte Thompson was released. Following the release, the Cardinals were left with no safeties on the roster other than starters Budda Baker and Jalen Thompson.
For the first time this season, cornerback Jace Whittaker was not elevated from the practice squad. The team has used up his three standard elevations. It means that Trayvon Mullen, acquired in a trade before the season, is set to get his first defensive action as the team’s third cornerback.
