Money line (?)
The Ravens (-770) are the clear-cut favorite to win this game and the Bengals are getting a huge number (+520). If you’re insistent on betting this one, a small bet on the Bengals is the only bet that makes sense with this line.
The best advice is to AVOID the money line and look to the spread.
Against the spread (?)
The Ravens are 12.5-point favorites for a good reason. When they win, they tend to win big. Giving away double-digit points is always difficult because a team can be ahead by 17 with five minutes to go, play prevent defense and surrender a meaningless score at the end to bring it back under the spread.
Baltimore has the horses on both sides of the ball to make a statement against a rookie QB and a defense that doesn’t stop the run consistently. Take the RAVENS -12.5 (-110) to win by at least 13 points.
Over/Under (?)
The Over/Under is a couple points higher than many like at 50.5 points. Typically, because of the familiarity of division rivals, you tend to see lower-scoring games, but the Bengals offense has started to click under rookie QB Joe Burrow, as he is developing young weapons in the passing game, and the Ravens have the most potent, big-play run game in the league.
It’s a high number, but take the OVER 50.5 (-115).
