The Pittsburgh Steelers announced on Tuesday they are placing linebacker Ryan Shazier on the Reserve/Retired list.
This doesn’t mean Shazier is no longer part of the Steelers organization but it does mean he has contacted the commissioner’s office to make it known he intends to retire.
Despite the fact this move marks the end of Shazier’s comeback as a player, his recovery has been nothing short of a miracle.
