Just as the Pittsburgh Steelers get one player off the Reserve/COVID-19 list, there is another to take his place. The Steelers announced on Wednesday that the team was activating wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud from the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
Unfortunately, the Steelers also announced swing offensive lineman Joe Haeg was headed to the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
The return of McCloud will allow him to return to being the full-time kickoff and punt returner. With Haeg out, the Steelers thin offensive line got even thinner. Haeg is an offensive tackle by trade but was pushed into service at guard earlier in the season due to injuries.
We have activated WR Ray-Ray McCloud from the Reserve/COVID list and placed OL Joe Haeg on the Reserve/COVID list.https://t.co/RDxGokKVzZ
