Sooners OL Tyrese Robinson among Athlon Sports’ best undrafted players

The newly signed Washington Commander is among Athlon Sports’ best 2022 UDFAs

The University of Oklahoma sent several of its players to the NFL through the draft and free agency. Offensive lineman Tyrese Robinson was a priority undrafted free agent signing by the Washington Commanders very soon after the NFL draft concluded.

While Robinson isn’t the best OL prospect out there, he is getting a bit of buzz compared to fellow UDFAs.

Athlon Sports has Robinson on their first-team offense of 2022 UDFAs. Some other notable names on this list are Clemson’s Justyn Ross and Nevada’s Carson Strong.

Kennedy Brooks and Gabe Brkic can be found among the second-team offense and specialists.

Tyrese Robinson is a difficult prospect to get a beat on because he won’t be playing the same position in Washington. He played at right tackle in 2021 for OU and the Commanders will have him at guard, should he make the roster. His versatility to play multiple positions will give him a great shot to land on a 53-man roster come cut-down day.
