Ole Miss is in. Alabama, too. So is Missouri.
Arkansas, on the other hand, is nowhere to be found.
Three remaining opponents on the Razorbacks’ schedule found themselves ranked inside the AP Top 25 after five weeks of the college football season when the poll was released Sunday. Two of those three opponents come in the next two weeks.
Arkansas is set to travel to No. 16 on Saturday and then No. 10 Alabama the week after. If the Hogs were to lose those two games, it would bring their losing streak to five and all but require a ‘win-out’ season to maintain good bowl propsects.
The SEC isn’t exactly dominating this year, though, giving Arkansas a chance.
Alabama is the highest-ranked team in the league other than top-ranked Georgia, then Ole Miss. The other four of the six ranked teams are in a row: Kentucky at No. 20, Missouri at No. 21, Tennessee at No. 22 and LSU at No. 23. Arkansas fell at LSU in Week 4 and will play Mizzou in the last week of the regular-season.
