Ryan Williams among Alabama players named to All-SEC team

A total of six Alabama players were named to All-SEC teams.

The All-SEC teams were officially for the 2024 college football season were officially announced by the conference Tuesday, with the Alabama Crimson Tide featured heavily as you’d likely expect.

In all, Alabama had six total players receive All-SEC honors, headlined by four First Team selections, which was tied with Ole Miss for the most in the conference. Those selections were Ryan Williams at wide receiver, Tyler Booker at offensive line, Jihaad Campbell at linebacker, and Malachi Moore at defensive back.

The other two Alabama players to receive All-SEC honors were Kadyn Proctor, who was a Second Team offensive line selection, as well as Deontae Lawson at Third Team linebacker.

In addition to the All-SEC teams, the conference will announce individual award winners Wednesday, as well as the All-Freshman Team on Thursday, both of which could have Alabama players mentioned.
