Arkansas held Little Rock to 25 percent shooting from the field on Tuesday night to send the Trojans back down I-49 and I-40 with a loss, 77-36.
More importantly, Tuesday was a sign that Arkansas was OK. Not health-wise, but the Razorbacks had struggled in the late-game against their previous two opponents. The Trojans, though, never stood a chance.
Arkansas won every quarter by double-digits, its 20 turnovers forced helping along the way. Taliah Scott led the team in scoring for the third straight game as well, this time dropping 18 points. Maryam Dauda, Carly Keats and Saylor Poffenbarger joined her in double figures.
The Razorbacks will play their second of three straight Natural State opponents Friday when they travel to Jonesboro to play Arkansas State.
