Rashard Higgins is back in Cleveland, but the popular Browns receiver will have a new look when the team returns to the field later this year. Higgins revealed on his social media he will now wear No. 82.
While nothing has been made official, it is expected tight end Austin Hooper will don Higgins’ old No. 81 jersey. Hooper signed as a free agent while Higgins was off the team, and he wore 81 with the Atlanta Falcons.
Wide receiver J’Mon Moore wore 82 last season. Most Browns fans associate that jersey with iconic tight end Ozzie Newsome, who rocked the No. 82 in his Hall-of-Fame career with Cleveland.
