1. TE Darren Waller
Without a doubt, the best player on the team’s roster through the first four games of the season has been Darren Waller. While he was relatively quiet in their Week 3 loss to the Patriots, Waller has been dominant in every other game.
Arguably the best performance of his career came in Week 2 on Monday Night Football as he caught 12 passes for 105 yards and a touchdown. His play in that game allowed the Raiders to keep the chains moving and forced Drew Brees and the rest of the Saints’ offense to stand on the sideline.
Through four games, Waller has somehow improved dramatically since last season. While he does need to work on his ball security, Waller is one of the league’s most dynamic tight ends. Look for him and Travis Kelce to put on a show in Week 5 as two of the best tight ends in the league go head to head.
