Rams are 2.5-point underdogs vs. Packers in Week 9

With Matthew Stafford’s status uncertain, the Rams are 2.5-point road underdogs to the Packers in Week 9

The Los Angeles Rams will be on the road once again in Week 9, their final game before the bye week. After getting steamrolled by the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, the Rams will head to Green Bay for a matchup with the Packers, who are also struggling.

At 3-5, the Rams are quickly approaching must-win territory. Unfortunately, they don’t know who their quarterback will be on Sunday after Matthew Stafford went down with a thumb injury, and they’re once again underdogs to their opponent.

According to BetMGM, the Packers are favored by 2.5 points over the Rams in Week 9. The Rams are +120 on the money line ($100 to win $120) and the over/under is set at just 41 points.

The Rams are 4-3-1 against the spread this season after failing to cover in each of their last two games. The Packers, meanwhile, are 2-5 on the year and 3-4 against the spread, so they’re in worse shape than Los Angeles.

This is a key game for both teams midway through the season, with the loser falling even further out of playoff contention in the NFC.
