Thunder at Heat: Odds, betting lines, predictions and picks

Prediction

Heat 107, Thunder 96

Money line (ML)

The Heat (-400) are huge money line favorites in this game over the Thunder despite both teams having the same record. Miami is a much more talented team and has played a more difficult schedule to start the season.

Expect the Heat to win this game, but avoid the money line as there just isn’t enough value on either side. PASS.

Against the spread (ATS)

The HEAT -9.5 (+100) must win by at least 10 points in order to cover the spread. Miami has gotten off to a slow start and that was expected given their run to the NBA Finals.

They are still working on incorporating new players into their roster and it’s going to take time for the team to get their legs underneath them. This seems like a pretty good game for the Heat to get back on track against a not-very-good Thunder team.

Over/Under (O/U)

Both teams are averaging roughly 103 points per game and have been among the league’s worst 3-point shooting teams in the first two weeks of the season. Look for the Heat to surpass 100 points in this game, but for the Thunder to ultimately come up short of that mark.

Take the UNDER 215.5 (-110) as this could be an ugly offensive game from both sides.
