It’s been a rough few days for Ohio State fans. After heartbreaking losses to No. 1 Georgia on the gridiron and then No. 1 Purdue on the hardwood, Ohio State laid an egg on the road at Maryland.
The Buckeyes have another chance to get back on track as the Golden Gophers of Minnesota come calling. The Gophers are struggling this year at two games under .500 and no wins in conference play. It may be the cure Chris Holtmann’s squad needs to get back in the win column.
The Bucks have been without center Zed Key after being injured early in the Purdue game. The Columbus Dispatch reported that Key is making good progress and is expected back sometime this week, however, it remains to be seen if the Buckeye big man will be back for the matchup with Minnesota.
