Denver Nuggets rookie Michael Porter Jr. reportedly did not travel with the team to the season restart at the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida, according to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.
The reason for Porter staying back is not immediately known and it is unclear if he will re-join the team at some point in the future. In addition to Porter, guard Gary Harris and forward Torey Craig also did not travel with the Nuggets while Nikola Jokic has also yet to join the team.
The Nuggets have not commented on the absence of the three players and due to medical privacy laws, can not release results related to the coronavirus test without consent by the player. The Nuggets will not practice on Monday and will not be available to speak with the media.
