After an electric start in Week 1 against the Cleveland Browns, two heartbreaking losses had fans in their feelings and then some. In the midst of Sunday’s third quarter, Fox’s cameras managed to capture a Cowboys fan stewing in his misery … while wearing an oversized hat.
