NBA Twitter reacts to Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers knocking off the New Orleans Pelicans at home.

The Philadelphia 76ers knocked off the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday night 120-111 despite another dominant performance by Zion Williamson for New Orleans. The rising star out of Duke put on a show as he had 26 points on 10-for-12 shooting to go along with seven assists and six rebounds before leaving at the end of the third with a hamstring issue.

The loss of Williamson hurt the Pelicans in the fourth quarter and the Sixers were able to pull away. Joel Embiid had 42 points and 11 rebounds with five assists while James Harden had 27 points and eight assists to lead the way in their second straight win.

Tyrese Maxey had 12 points off the bench as he continues to work his way back from a left foot fracture and De’Anthony Melton had 11 points while drilling a big shot late to seal it.
