Louis Riddick predicts Dwayne Haskins to have ‘monstrous’ 2020 season

When forecasting the 2020 season, ESPN’s Louis Riddick predicted that Haskins will have a big year, thanks to his hard work this offseason.

If you’re a fan of ESPN’s NFL analyst Louis Riddick, you got some good news this past week when it was announced that he would be a part of the Monday Night Football booth in the 2020 season. If you’re a fan of both Riddick and the Washington Football Team, you’re got some really good news when it was reported that the NFL analyst has some high expectations for QB Dwayne Haskins this coming season.

When talking on NFL Live earlier this week, Riddick claimed that the work Haskins has but into his craft this offseason will pay huge dividends going forward.

“I expect Dwayne Haskins to have an absolutely fantastic, monstrous year, provided everything else around him stays intact because he’s earned it, he’s worked for it this offseason,” he said.

It’s understandable for fans in Washington to hope for this, as they’ve seen Haskins putting in work this offseason and slimming down while training with a long list of talented receivers. Now with a new offense and coaching staff around him, with some solid weapons, it’s time to see what he can do when the games start to count.

“I think Dwayne has taken the perfect approach this offseason,” Riddick said. “If you look at his social media, he basically chronicled his entire offseason as far as how hard he’s been working, how much weight he has shed. He looks absolutely fantastic.”

It’s one thing to look fantastic on social media, but it’s a completely different game once you get on that field for real. I’m sure a year of experience will help Haskins settle in during 2020, and hopefully Riddick’s predictions come true.
