Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson suffered a knee injury on Sunday versus the Denver Broncos that forced him out of the game. Baltimore held on to beat the Broncos 10-9 but Jackson’s status for next week’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers is up in the air.
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh characterized the timeline as somewhere between “days to weeks” which leaves it wildly open to interpretation. The Ravens are a very different football team without Jackson in the lineup and facing Tyler Huntley instead would completely change the outlook on a huge matchup.
The Steelers improved to 5-7 on the season after beating the Atlanta Falcons 19-16 behind a strong performance by the Steelers defense and rushing attack.
Ravens’ HC John Harbaugh said Lamar Jackson’s knee injury is “days to weeks”, but it is not season ending, and there will be further testing Monday.
