After missing Monday’s contest versus the San Antonio Spurs due to left knee soreness, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James was listed as questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Houston Rockets.
But just prior to tipoff, he was cleared to play.
The Lakers struggled at both ends of the floor on Monday without their MVP, and even though they competed fairly hard, they fell to Dejounte Murray and the Spurs, 117-110.
In his last game, James scored a scintillating 56 points to lift the Lakers to a much-needed victory over the Golden State Warriors on Saturday.
James has already missed a considerable amount of time due to multiple injuries. The Lakers are also dealing with the absence of Anthony Davis, who is recovering from a sprained foot.
Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James (knee soreness) will return tonight against the Houston Rockets, league sources tell @YahooSports.
