Rejoice, fellow NBA degenerates. We have official championship odds for the close to the 2020 NBA season as reports have come out detailing a 22-team restart at the Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. And as the new odds have come out, LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers are the favorites to win the 2020 Championship at Disney World, followed by reigning NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks, then Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and the Los Angeles Clippers. After that, there’s a massive gap in the odds.
The NBA will ask 22 teams to come to Orlando to play eight regular season games each, before a likely play-in tournament for the 8th seed in the West, as well as the potential for an 8th seed play-in in the East.

A couple of interesting things to note about these odds: the currently 4th-place Utah Jazz have lower odds than even the Brooklyn Nets. Forward Bojan Bogdanovic recently had surgery and will not return. Also, both Portland and New Orleans have greater title odds than Memphis, perhaps an indication that the bookmakers believe Memphis will fall out of the 8th spot. Or at the very least that Portland and New Orleans have a much better chance of potentially pulling a Round 1 upset.
