Jayden Reed is MSU’s top rated player in this year’s NFL draft, and his stock is only improving. The NFL draft is under one week away, and the Spartan wide receiver standout is looking forward to getting his name called.
After declaring, the consensus had Reed as a late round selection, most likely in the 5th or 6th rounds. Reed wasn’t going to accept that. Reed has been outstanding in all pre-draft facets, from the combine, to his pro day, to the Senior Bowl, Reed has performed well and people are noticing.
ESPN draft analyst Todd McShay went to Twitter to praise Reed, saying that he even has a second round grade on the Spartans wide receiver.
Couldn’t agree more. Locked him into the 2nd round after his week in Mobile and I’m not budging on his grade. There will be a handful of WRs taken ahead of him on Friday night that he will wind up out-performing in the near future. https://t.co/91DHi95E0g
