The Arizona Cardinals entered the game without starting quarterback Kyler Murray on the road against the Los Angeles Rams, but backup Colt McCoy led an efficient, mostly mistake-free offense against the Rams, leading the Cardinals to a 27-17 win, improving them to 4-6 and giving them their first division win of the season.

McCoy completed 26-of-37 passes for 238 yards and a touchdown.

The Cardinals only had 295 yards of offense and were 5-for-15 on third down but were 3-for-3 on fourth down and the defense was great against Rams backup quarterback John Wolford.

The Arizona defense limited the Rams to only 256 yards of offense, held them to 3-of-11 on third down, had three sacks and forced two turnovers.

They limited receiver Cooper Kupp, who exited the game in the second half with an ankle injury, to only three catches for a loss of one yard.

Receivers DeAndre Hopkins and Rondale Moore were productive. Hopkins had 10 receptions for 98 yards. Moore had nine catches for 94, including a one-handed fourth-down catch for 26 yards.
