It’s official: 2021 NCAA tournament to be played entirely in Central Indiana, Indianapolis

Holding the tournament in one centralized location, the NCAA hopes, will make the logistics of doing so safely and smoothly more manageable.

“We are excited to serve as a host site for the 2021 NCAA men’s basketball championship and will work with the NCAA, the Indiana Sports Corporation, Purdue University and local officials to ensure a safe and positive experience for all participants that will compete in Mackey Arena.

“Mackey Arena is one of college basketball’s great venues and we look forward to showcasing our facility in one of America’s premier sporting events.”
