The Jacksonville Jaguars are set to be on Monday Night Football for the first time in 12 years when they host the Cincinnati Bengals in a Week 13 contest.
When the NFL’s 2023 schedule was released in May, the early December battle of the big cats looked to be one of the toughest tests of the year for the Jaguars. But now that it has arrived, Jacksonville is a significant favorite against the Bengals.
That’s mostly due to a season-ending injury suffered by Cincinnati’s Joe Burrow that has left the team with no option but to hand the reins to Jake Browning. Last week, the fifth-year pro made his first career start, but couldn’t lead the Bengals to many points in a 16-10 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
