3.) Andrew Luck, Indianapolis Colts
Arians served as both offensive coordinator and interim head coach of the Colts in 2012, Andrew Luck’s rookie year. The Colts were coming off a 2-14 season, but thanks to Arians they finished 11-5 and made the playoffs. Luck made the Pro Bowl that year after throwing for 23 touchdowns and 18 interceptions, his career high. Arians was quick to come to his former QB’s defense last summer after Luck surprised many by retiring.
