Garrett Wilson puts up big numbers, catches game-winning TD for Jets

The New York Jets got a dramatic comeback win Sunday, and a clutch performance from this year’s No. 10 overall pick

The New York Jets spent the No. 10 overall pick in the 2022 NFL draft on Ohio State wide receiver Garrett Wilson, hoping he would deliver plenty of big plays in clutch moments.

They didn’t have to wait long, as the rookie pass-catcher delivered an impressive performance in Week 2, capping it off by hauling in the game-winning touchdown to complete an epic comeback.

Wilson finished the day with 102 yards on eight receptions, finding the end zone twice.

In the final seconds, Wilson caught a 15-yard score from Joe Flacco to give the Jets the dramatic victory, sending the Cleveland crowd home disappointed:

Wilson made plenty of those plays for the Buckeyes, and now he’s already delivering on the high expectations that come along with a top-10 draft slot.
