This is a team-by-team review of any key fantasy football player injury news after this week’s practice activity and team statements. Only those players listed on the team’s official injury report will be addressed, unless the situation warrants further attention.
PLEASE NOTE: The NFL releases their final official injury report late on Friday (after 5:00 p.m. ET). Teams on the West Coast often report their injuries late and may not be included in the initial publication.

ARIZONA CARDINALS
QB Kyler Murray (knee) is on the PUP as he recovers from a torn ACL.
ATLANTA FALCONS
RB Cordarrelle Patterson (thigh) was idle Thursday and limited Friday. He’s listed as questionable.
BALTIMORE RAVENS
WR Odell Beckham Jr. (ankle) and RB Justice Hill (foot) are also out. WR Devin Duvernay (shoulder) was limited Wednesday but made it through the rest of the week and will play.
BUFFALO BILLS
TE Dawson Knox (back) was idle until a full session Friday, and he doesn’t carry an injury designation. RB James Cook (personal) was out Thursday due to a personal matter and returned for a full session Friday. He’s good to go.
CAROLINA PANTHERS –
QB Bryce Young (ankle) was out of practice all week and will miss Week 3. QB Andy Dalton will start. RB Miles Sanders (pectoral) was limited early in the week but made it back for a full session Friday and will play.
CHICAGO BEARS
WR Darnell Mooney (knee) was limited up to a full slate Friday, and he’s good to go.
CINCINNATI BENGALS – Monday night
QB Joe Burrow (calf) didn’t practice Thursday but had limited work Friday. He’ll likely be questionable.
CLEVELAND BROWNS
RB Nick Chubb (knee) was placed on IR and will miss the rest of the season after a gruesome knee injury in Week 2. WR Amari Cooper (groin, shoulder) was limited Friday but doesn’t carry an injury designation.
DALLAS COWBOYS
WR Brandin Cooks (knee) practiced Thursday and Friday and is poised to return in Week 3.
DENVER BRONCOS
No injuries of fantasy relevance.
DETROIT LIONS
RB David Montgomery (thigh) didn’t practice all week and is doubtful. WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (toe) was out Wednesday, limited Thursday and made it through a full session Friday. He’s still listed as questionable. WR Josh Reynolds (groin) was limited until a full session Friday, and he’s questionable.
GREEN BAY PACKERS
RB Aaron Jones (hamstring) and WR Christian Watson (hamstring) and both questionable this again week. Jones was limited Thursday and Friday after missing Wednesday. Watson was unable to advance beyond limited all week.
HOUSTON TEXANS
QB C.J. Stroud (shoulder) was limited Wednesday but took all the work Thursday and Friday. He’s good to go.
INDIANAPOLIS COLTS
RB Jonathan Taylor (ankle) began the season on the PUP with an ankle injury. QB Anthony Richardson (concussion) is also out.
JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS
WR Zay Jones (knee) is out for Week 3.
KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
WR Kadarius Toney (toe) and RB Isiah Pacheco (hamstring) are questionable after limited work Friday. Toney didn’t practice until Friday (limited), but Pacheco was limited Thursday. WR Justin Watson (ankle) was a full-go all week and will be ready for Week 3.
LAS VEGAS RAIDERS
WR Jakobi Meyers (concussion) made it back for full practices Thursday and Friday and will play. WR Davante Adams (concussion) was evaluated for a concussion earlier in the week but is off the report.
LOS ANGELES CHARGERS
RB Austin Ekeler (ankle) will be out again this week. WR Mike Williams (ankle) practiced all week and is good to go.
LOS ANGELES RAMS – Monday night
WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring) is on IR and hopes to return in Week 5. WR Puka Nacua (oblique) didn’t practice Thursday but played in Week 2 through this malady. Keep an eye on him, though.
MIAMI DOLPHINS
WR Jaylen Waddle (concussion) was limited Friday and draws a questionable tag. He may be a game-time decision. WR Tyreek Hill (ankle) practiced fully Thursday and Friday and carries no tag. RB Salvon Ahmed (groin) upgraded to limited work Friday but remains doubtful.
MINNESOTA VIKINGS
No injuries of fantasy relevance.
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
WR DeVante Parker (knee) was limited all week but carries no tag.
NEW ORLEANS SAINTS
RB Jamaal Williams (hamstring) is out. RB Kendre Miller (hamstring) practiced in full all week and will play.

RB Saquon Barkley (ankle) missed the game with a high-ankle sprain but is hopeful that with 11 days he could play in Week 4.
NEW YORK JETS
RB Breece Hall (knee) had a full practice Friday and will play. PK Greg Zuerlein (groin) is questionable but practiced fully Friday.
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES – Monday night
RB Kenneth Gainwell (ribs) was limited Thursday and had a full session Friday. WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring, thigh) has been limited thus far and will be worth watching Saturday. RB Boston Scott (concussion) was out Thursday and limited Friday.
PITTSBURGH STEELERS
WR Diontae Johnson (hamstring) went on IR with a hamstring injury.
SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS – Played Thursday
WR Deebo Samuel (ribs) left the Thursday game but appeared to avoid any sort of rib injury. He believes it was just the wind knocked out of him.
SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
WR DK Metcalf (ribs) was out of practice until a full session Friday, but he is still questionable.
TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS – Monday night
RB Chase Edmonds (knee) was placed on IR and will miss at least four weeks with a knee injury.
TENNESSEE TITANS
WR DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) is questionable again but expected to play.
WASHINGTON COMMANDERS
TE Logan Thomas (concussion) is out. WR Curtis Samuel (hip, illness) was out of practice Friday due to illness, and he’s questionable. RB Brian Robinson Jr. (hip) practiced fully all week and is good to go.
