The Atlanta Falcons have placed defensive lineman LaCale London on the injured reserve list, the team announced Wednesday morning. London spent most of the season on the practice squad but was signed to the 53-man roster last week.
Taking London’s spot on the team is rookie defensive lineman Travis Bell. The Falcons signed Bell off the Chicago Bears’ practice squad to add some depth up front.

Bell, a former seventh-round pick, joins the team one day after defensive lineman Grady Jarrett was placed on the injured reserve list due to a torn ACL.
